Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 2, 2026
1. Who we are
CreditFoward, LLC ("CreditForward," "we," "us," or "our") operates the CreditForward website, application, and workshops. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with those services. Contact hello@creditforward.us with privacy questions or requests.
2. Information we collect
Account and purchase information
We collect your name and email address and maintain purchase information such as payment date, payment-session identifiers, and access status. Stripe processes payments and supplies purchase-confirmation information to our application. Information you submit directly to Stripe is also handled under Stripe's privacy practices.
Registration and scheduling
We collect your main workshop goal, whether you have your account information ready, and optional notes. We receive booked session start and end times and booking references from Calendly.
Financial profile and strategies
You enter information such as your name, income, current credit score, state, credit-card balances, credit limits, APRs, payment amounts, installment loans, collections and their posted dates, preferences, and credit mix. We save your progress and generated strategy in the application so you can resume and return to your plan during the access period.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers or credit-bureau login credentials. The current app does not accept uploaded credit reports, statements, or other documents. Do not put account numbers, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive information into optional notes or other free-text fields.
Feedback and communications
We collect survey ratings, recommendations, written feedback where provided, associated email addresses, and information you send when requesting support.
Workshop recordings
With recording consent, Google Meet recordings may capture your image, voice, display name, shared screen, questions, comments, and chat content to the extent captured by the recording tools. Other participants can see and hear your contributions during the session. Recording and optional marketing use are explained in our separate Workshop Recording & Marketing Permissions page.
Website usage information
We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and usage. Depending on the configuration, analytics and related technologies may process device and browser information, page activity, referral information, and online identifiers. Cookies or similar technologies may also support login and website operation.
3. How we use information
We use information to process purchases; manage accounts and access periods; schedule workshops; save progress; generate and deliver strategies and PDFs; provide support; administer refunds; understand feedback and service usage; prevent misuse; and meet applicable legal obligations.
We send service communications such as purchase confirmations, scheduling messages, access instructions, and requested strategy PDFs. Marketing email consent is optional and separate from purchase. If you subscribe, you can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email. Unsubscribing does not stop necessary communications about your purchase.
4. AI processing
When you select "Generate My Strategy," your submitted profile is included in a prompt processed through Base44's built-in AI integration using an OpenAI-hosted model. The profile may include identifying information you entered alongside financial details. The AI call generates strategy text; web search is not enabled for that call.
Deleting your strategy from the app does not itself delete information already processed by an AI provider. We do not currently have confirmation of the retention or model-training terms that apply to this Base44 integration.
5. Service providers and other disclosures
We disclose information as needed to providers supporting the service, including:
- Base44 for application hosting, account and data storage, and AI integration.
- The AI provider accessed through Base44 to generate strategies.
- Stripe for payment processing and purchase confirmation.
- Calendly for workshop booking and scheduling.
- Google Meet and associated Google storage for workshops and recordings.
- Kit for email communications and opted-in marketing.
- Google Analytics for website analytics.
Providers receive information relevant to their functions. We may also disclose information when legally required, to address fraud or security issues, or to protect lawful rights. Public use of identifiable workshop contributions for marketing requires separate optional permission.
6. Retention
Your app-access period lasts 14 days from issuance of access. Saved financial inputs and generated strategies are subject to an automated daily cleanup that deletes eligible saved-progress records after the configured 14-day retention period. Because cleanup runs daily, deletion may occur at the next scheduled cleanup rather than at the exact moment eligibility begins.
Account information, purchase records, registration answers, strategy-generation counts, and survey responses are retained after tool access expires unless deleted. These records are not automatically deleted by the saved-plan cleanup. We may retain information needed for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Workshop recordings and any transcripts have a separate retention period: [insert approved retention period and deletion process]. App cleanup does not delete copies held in workshop recordings, email systems, or other providers' systems.
A strategy PDF delivered to your inbox remains under your control. We cannot remove it from your inbox. Provider logs, backups, and separately retained records may follow different retention schedules.
7. Your choices and requests
You can decline marketing email signup, unsubscribe from marketing emails, decline optional workshop marketing permission, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@creditforward.us. You may also delete saved progress and plans through available app controls.
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Deleting information needed to provide the service may end your ability to use it and does not independently create refund eligibility. We may retain records where required or permitted by applicable law and will explain applicable limits when responding. Rights and required response procedures vary by jurisdiction.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, although blocking essential cookies may affect login or functionality.
8. Access controls and security
The application uses access restrictions intended to limit purchase and saved-plan records to the associated customer and authorized administrators. No online system can guarantee complete security. Protect your account credentials and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information in support messages or group workshops.
9. Age and geographic eligibility
CreditForward is intended for U.S. residents age 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer the service to children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10. Changes and contact
We will update the effective date when this policy changes and provide additional notice where required. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to hello@creditforward.us.
